About these recipes

This is where Chris collects the recipes he cooks at home in Linz, Austria – mostly quick everyday dishes, some for guests or for the grill.

Many recipes start as a conversation with an AI (Claude): Chris asks what he can make from what's in the kitchen, then tries it. Recipes marked “tried & cooked” have been tested.

Quantities are given in grams, tablespoons (tbsp) and teaspoons (tsp) – the way you actually measure in a kitchen. Every recipe can be scaled to the number of servings.

Recipes inspired by other sites are written in our own words and name their source.
